The Periodicals Department, located on the first floor of the Library, provides access to a wide variety of magazines, journals and newspapers in a range of formats: print (unbound and bound), microfiche, and microfilm.
Also, located in the periodical section are the ERIC documents available on microfiche and a collection of the New York Times newspaper on microfilm that dates back to 1851.
The department also houses the microfiche and microfilm readers that are needed to view and print articles from these formats.
